The Chatbox It needs things.

Giving times in GMT instead of "ago" would be very easy and very useful. To supplement it, you could add a GMT clock right above the chatbox so people could be like "oh, that post was hours ago" instead of "is it +5 or -8?" Or you could make it be your timezone, which you guys know anyway.
In the inital post, Dor says that /me needs no explanation - I'm still a little confused - do you want it? I assume yes, but you might want to add an explanation anyway for people who weren't around for old chatbox.

Kizd: /me wants a cookie
becomes
Kizd wants a cookie.
On a suggestive note, a refresh button would be a refreshing update.

*Kizd wants a cookie*, actually ;3
It's a fairly standard command in other chats, as well as IRC, I think, so as well as it being in the old cbox I figured most people would already know what it was :3

Well you can refresh in chrome by right clicking Cbox and reload frame
I am not trying to convert everyone to chrome!

You can refresh like that even in IE, so it's not a particularly amazing tool. Besides, it'd be much better not having to refresh to see exactly how long ago the last message was, which is what I assume you're referring to.

A refresh button would still be a good addition. Papeh already said he may make one.

Isn't the reload page button all browsers have enough? That's why I always use.

For the main site's chat page, definitely. For the forums, it's a little inconvenient, but still usable. If you're on the client, doing it that way is not a good idea. But all browsers do have a "reload frame" thing in the right click menu anyway, as far as I'm aware.
